CEPCO was formed in June 1983 by Michael Head. The company is now under the leadership of Randy and Cindy Norris. We provide Homeownership Association Management expertise to more than 125 North Carolina communities. We have built an organization of talented, dedicated and professional team members who share CEPCO's commitment to the company's core values of Faith, excellence, teamwork, integrity, loyalty, professionalism, life balance and family.
